The Color Yellow.
Yellow Brightens Days.
It’s simple. Yellow is magical.
Yellow alone creates an instant feeling that everything is going to be okay. When we take in the color yellow, we are encouraged to either keep calm or cheer up. There’s a sense of caution that is advised, a sense of ease, slowing down, and being careful. Yellow is present with a purpose. It’s a color that symbolizes being happy or signals a warning. We associate yellow with optimism, joy, even friendship. I’m sure there’s one friend you have who comes to mind that reminds you of pure sunshine!
Yellow, a MOOOOD!
What would life be without lemons.
Who are we without the sun.
Where would our ecosystem be without bees.
Why are sunflowers the best of them all.
So tall, so poised, so confident, so radiant, so happy!
This color journey brought my attention to the fact that I don’t reach for yellow very often. (I’m more of a gold girl). I once had a customer submit an order for a table, with a request of using two specific colors: yellow and gold. I felt restricted. I thought those colors would fall flat with one another, but the was challenge accepted. When all was said and done, I found joy in the result. I seemed to have forgotten the impact that yellow creates, especially on its own. It does really well as a stand alone color. It creates a cheerful ambiance that is undeniable. Yellow doesn’t need much company, and it surely doesn’t need competition.
It’s quite good on its own.
