11. What is your policy regarding returns?
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted if notified within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition within 20 days of delivery. Regrettably, cancellations are not accommodated, but please reach out if any issues arise with your order. Please note that returns for custom or personalized orders are only accepted in cases of damage, qualifying for store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any diminished value due to item alterations falls under the buyer's responsibility.
